CANTON -- Ruby Sprowls, internet strategist and trainer for her company Marketing Your Product for Profit, will lead the Wednesday, Nov. 4 lunchtime webinar, “Google Analytics a Guide for Data Procrastinators.”

The online presentation is the latest in the St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce’s free lunchtime webinar series for members, by members. Attendees only need a computer with internet connection and speakers.

Pre-registration is required to receive the link to enter the presentation; register today by visiting the new Member Center on the Chamber website www.NorthCountryGuide.com.

Google Analytics can be used with any website to allow you to collect and manage customer interactions with your business online. Reports can be segmented and filtered to reflect the needs of your business. Real time views of data trends will allow you to know what is working and what is not, on your website, so that you can make smarter marketing decisions. “We want to help our members plan better and utilize their minimal marketing resources to produce the greatest impact. Google analytics is free and user friendly. We think this is a hot topic and expect to have several members participating” noted Chamber Executive Director, Brooke Rouse.

Sprowls’ presentation is expected to answer questions such as – where does my best traffic come from? How do visitors find my website? How do visitors interact with my content? How does activity impact my bottom line? The webinar is appropriate for those who currently have Google analytics set up and those who have a website, but are not currently tracking analytics.

The SLC Chamber appreciates its partnership with Laura Perry and Clarkson University for hosting the webinar on their platform for the series’ pilot year.
