MASSENA -- There will be an election for a representative of the low-income sector from the Massena area on the St. Lawrence County Community Development Program Board of Directors.
All voters must meet federal poverty guidelines.
The election will be Jan. 12 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Massena Community Center, 61 Beach St.
