MASSENA -- The St. Lawrence County Council of Senior Citizens is holding its 46th annual May Festival at the community center, 61 Beach St., Saturday, May 6, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Registration is at 9, with coffee and donuts; bingo is at 10:30; lunch starts at 11:30; royalty parade of kings and queens will step off at 1 p.m.; music by the Starlighters will be from 1:30-3 p.m.; and door prizes will be drawn at 3 p.m.
An awards dinner will be served at 4:30. The menu includes roast turkey, coffee, tea and cake; tickets can be purchased from Senior Citizens Club presidents for $12.
Awards for senior citizen of the year and outstanding contribution by a senior citizen and the Jacqueline Sears Award will be presented.
Information tables will be set up all day, and 50/50 and raffles will be held.
