CANTON -- The SUNY Canton Office of Environmental Health and Safety will conduct a controlled fire exhibition within a model residence hall room at noon Thursday, Sept. 29, at the college’s Roselle Academic Plaza.
The live burn is the highlight of the Fire Safety Day, which runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the same location.
This event is held in partnership with the New York State Office of Fire Prevention and Control and is managed by firefighters from Canton Fire and Rescue.
