CANTON -- A condiments and hot sauce workshop will be held Sept. 30, from 3-5 p.m. at the kitchen at Cornell Cooperative Extension Learning Farm, 2043 State Highway 68.
The session is the fourth in a series of six workshops led by extension educators and master food preservers.
The workshop costs $15, and includes recipes and a jar of finished product.
