HAMMOND -- North Country At Work, a project recently launched by North Country Public Radio, will host its first "community photo sharing event" at The Hammond Museum, 1A N. Main St., from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 24.
The North Country at Work project aims to revive, preserve and share the work history of communities within the Adirondack North Country.
Stories will be shared on-air, online and in a planned multimedia archive.
The goal of the photo sharing event is to collect memories, stories and family photographs from community members.
