POTSDAM -- The community is invited to attend a meeting about “Special Arts for Special Needs” classes set to take place Thursday, May 12, from 1 until 2:30 p.m. at 41 Elm St., room 119.
The programs are offered through the St. Lawrence County Arts Council.
Classes meet weekly in Potsdam and Massena.
Classes have been held in Gouverneur.
