CANTON -- The Community Health Center of the North Country is celebrating National Health Center Week through Aug. 11.
Staffers will set up informational table at the farmers market in the village park Tuesday and Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m, and pass out information and provide free blood pressure readings.
The health center offers primary care, dental care, optometry, psychiatry and counseling, and physical therapy services at 4 Commerce Lane.
A sliding fee scale is available for most services, based on a patient’s family size and income.
