POTSDAM -- The Community Conversation on Poverty group will meet again on Monday, Aug. 28, from 3:30-5 p.m. in the Potsdam Town Hall Community Room, 18 Elm St.
Parking is available behind the building.
Attendees may enter through the front or rear doors.
Two speakers will be featured.
Laurell Brault will talk about the Potsdam Snack Pack program.
April Charleson, who was born into poverty and has written a book about her experiences as a child, will also speak. Charleson, a teacher at J.W. Leary Junior High in Massena, has started an organization working with at risk girls called Lifted Out of Poverty.
