COLTON -- Colton-Pierrepont Central School’s Class of 2013 is hosting a Colton Carnival Saturday, June 12 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Games and activities for children will be offered on the soccer field if the weather is good or in the gym if it rains. Featured will be individual games for children to play and win prizes, face-painting, a craft table, air castle, large inflatable obstacle course and a slide for ages six to adult and more. Also planned are air brush tattoos and spin art.
Tickets for games will be 20 for $5; most games will require one or two tickets, although the inflatables will charge more tickets.
Craft and product tables will be set up in the cafeteria featuring Avon, Pampered Chef, Home & Garden, Stampin’ Up, and Party-lite products, as well as candles, jewelry, handmade baskets and Adirondack-style carvings and more will be featured. A baked goods sale, book sale, raffles and a silent auction are also planned.
Hotdogs, hamburgers, chips, drinks, slushies, cotton candy, pop corn, nachos with cheese and pretzels will be sold.
