COLTON -- The Friends of the Colton-Hepburn Library are looking for artists to participate in the fifth biennial Community Art Show. Area residents of all ages are encouraged to display their work at the Colton-Hepburn Library for the month of August.
The show will not be juried but a “Visitor's Choice” award will be given to the most popular work at the end of the show. Work may be offered for sale with 20 percent commission benefiting the library.
There is a limit of two entries per artist. Work is due at the library July 26-28. An opening reception for artists and the community will be held Wednesday Aug. 1 from 6 to 8 p.m.
