COLTON -- The Colton Historical Society and the Tourism & Beautification Committee will continue the tradition of lighting the society’s gazebo and the town’s tree along Main Street. The lighting event will take place Friday, Dec. 7 at 6:30 p.m.

The celebration will include holiday singing with Amy Clemo inside Zion Episcopal Church. Refreshments will be served.

The lights will remain on through the town’s Winterfest weekend at the end of January. Residents and businesses in town are encouraged to keep their festive lights on as well.
