POTSDAM -- The United States Coast Guard Saxophone Quartet will travel to Potsdam to perform a concert at SUNY Potsdam's Crane School of Music Sunday, Oct. 16 at 7:30 p.m. in Snell Music Theater.
The group includes a Crane alumnus returning to his alma mater. The U.S. Coast Guard Saxophone Quartet is comprised of the saxophone section of the U.S. Coast Guard Band, one of the five premier U.S. military bands.
Chief Musician Adam Williamson, tenor, earned a bachelor's degree from SUNY Potsdam and has begun graduate work at Indiana University.
This concert is free, and the public is invited to attend.
