CANTON -- ACE Hardware stores have been ranked “Highest in Customer Satisfaction among Home Improvement Retail Stores” for the last ten years, according to J. D. Power.
To celebrate the event, Coakley Carpet One Ace Hardware, 2535 SH 68, will celebrate Monday, Oct. 3 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. with free hot dogs and soda, plus customers will have a chance to “Spin the Wheel" for a chance to win prizes.
The J.D. Power Neighborhood Tour truck will be at the store displaying the 10 year Ace Hardware J.D. Power Awards.
The 2016 study was based on 2,995 total responses from six stores measuring experiences and perceptions of customers. J.D. Power is an American-based global marketing information services firm.
