CANTON — The St. Lawrence County Environmental Management Council will hear aboput climate action at its next meeting Wednesday, Nov. 16 at 6 p.m. in the second flood conference room in the Public Safety Complex on Court Street. The building is located across from the courthouse.
The speaker will be Jon Rosales, associate professor of environmental studies at St. Lawrence University. Dr. Rosales will discuss developments since the Paris Agreement on climate action (enacted in Nov 2015), and other significant events in the area of climate action.
