POTSDAM -- The Village of Potsdam will hold a Climate Smart Communities Task Force meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, May 14 in the Civic Center Board Room of the Potsdam Civic Center.
The meeting is open to the public.
The task force will discuss mission statement language, and next steps to take regarding Climate Smart Communities grant opportunities through the state Department of Environmental Conservation. There will be a question and answer period.
The Climate Smart Communities program encourages municipalities and their communities to conserve energy and consider other opportunities to stem climate change.
