OGDENSBURG -- Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center’s Richard E. Winter Cancer Center will offer free holistic health group sessions, “Living Well in Spite of Cancer,” hosted by Kalpana Reddy.
The sessions are for present and past cancer patients and their caregivers.
They will be held in the hospital's Hess Auditorium on Nov. 3 from 9 to 10:30 a.m., and Dec. 18 and 22, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Reddy will help participants explore self-healing practices such as breathing techniques, meditation (mindfulness, loving kindness and walking), chair yoga, guided imagery and life coaching.
