OGDENSBURG -- Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center will hold two AARP safe driving courses. The one-day course is from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 7. The course that runs for two half-days is from 8 a.m. to noon Monday and Tuesday, May 9 and 10.
Classes will be held in the Claxton-Hepburn auditorium. The cost of is $12 for AARP members and $14 for non-AARP members.
Upon successfully completing the course, graduates of the AARP driver safety courses may be eligible to receive a state-mandated, multi-year discount on their auto insurance premiums. You should contact your insurance company for discount information. You must have a current driver’s license to take the class.
