OGDENSBURG -- Sept. 27 marks the 18th National Family Health and Fitness Day. Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center is joining the many organizations across the country by sponsoring a family fun and wellness event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Lockwood Arena.
Claxton-Hepburn is providing physical activity for everyone with inflatables from Seaway Valley Jumpers. Eight different inflatable stations, including a giant obstacle course and a sports arena, will be available as well as face painting, balloon twisting, healthy snacks and more. Free health screenings will be available for adults, including blood pressure and body mass index.
