DEKALB -- The local band, Classic Country, will perform hit songs at the DeKalb Meetinghouse Museum, U.S. Hwy. 11 and East DeKalb Road, from 7-8:30 p.m. July 9.
Admission will be free but pass-the-hat donations will be appreciated.
Carter Houk, Ron and Josh Kirkpatrick will play songs by such artists as Hank Williams, Ray Price, Bob Seeger and Tom Petty. The concert is part of the DeKalb Historical Association’s effort to provide the community with traditional activities.
The association will also host a fall festival Sept. 10 and a concert featuring Don Woodcock and Gretchen Koehler Oct. 15.
