POTSDAM -- Clarkson University’s Engineers Without Borders student chapter hosts a zombie-themed 5k, “The Running Dead,” on the Hill Campus at 10 a.m. April 6.

The run is to be on the new Munter Trail hugging the Raquette River.

This year the funds raised will go mainly into a hydraulic press that is being created for the people in La Margarita, Ecuador to more easily make clay pot water filters designed by Engineers Without Borders in the past few years to provide the village with accessible, clean water.

Early sign-up for the 5k is $10, and at the day of the race it will be $15.
