The event celebrates and supports the contributions of veterans in the North Country. Warrior Fest is open to the public.
The evening features an open skate with the Clarkson men's hockey team from 4 to 5 p.m. in Cheel Arena as well as several raffles and giveaways -- including a Golden Knights hockey jersey signed by the team and a camo jersey.
A sled hockey match between the Fort Drum Mountain Warriors and the Kingston Knights will follow. The puck drops at 5: 15 p.m. in Cheel Arena.
The cost per person over the age of 12 is $5, and children under 12 are free. Family packs are available for $10. The first 200 tickets sold will include a free hot dog, popcorn and soda during the event.
