POTSDAM – The Clarkson Theatre Company will present their fall production, “Jekyll & Hyde: The Musical,” Thursday and Friday, Oct. 20 and 21 at 8 p.m., and Saturday, Oct. 22 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. at Downtown Old Snell Auditorium.
The musical is about Dr. Jekyll, a brilliant doctor and scientist who is convinced that he can save his catatonic father by finding a way to separate man’s natures of good and evil. Using himself as the subject for his experiment, Dr. Jekyll unknowingly unleashes his darker, more vengeful alter ego, Edward Hyde, who unleashes his furry in the streets of 19th century London.
The show is directed by Lily Tabolt and music directed by Matthew S. Korn, both CTC mainstays, and the cast and crew come from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, and St. Lawrence University.
Tickets are $6 for students and seniors and $8 for adult admission.
