POTSDAM -- For the third straight year, the Clarkson University Women's Soccer program is hosting a pair of 6v6 indoor soccer tournaments on Saturday, Feb. 23.

The Girls 6v6 Tournament will be held from 7:30 a.m.-2 p.m.; followed by the Boys Tournament from 2-7 p.m.

All players born 2001 or earlier are welcome to participate. Teams must submit rosters with players’ birthdates prior to play. A maximum of 10 players will be allowed per team.

Last year, teams from Potsdam, Lisbon, Colton, Cornwall, Gouverneur, Salmon River, Plattsburgh and Watertown competed in the event.

Exact times and schedules will be posted closer to the date of competition once all registrations have been collected.

Each team is guaranteed three 25-minute games.

Winners of each bracket will be decided by points, with an additional championship game to determine winners.

There will be prizes for the winners as well as on-site concessions available and access to an athletic trainer, ice and water.

Any interested individual players without a team can be accommodated by the creation of a team or by being placed upon an existing team.

Unless other arrangements are made, the registration form and fee of $150 needs to be received by Saturday, Feb. 16.
