POTSDAM -- Clarkson University will host Auschwitz survivor Eva Mozes Kor for a speech Monday, Oct. 8 at 7:30 p.m. in the Science Center Room 360.

Kor and her sister, Miriam, were twins, and attracted the attention of Dr. Josef Mengele, who subjected them to a series of human experiments.

Her talk, “The Journey from Auschwitz & Mengele to Forgiveness,” tells the story of what she endured and how she eventually came to forgive Mengele and the Nazis.

Eva and Miriam Kor were among the 200 children, mostly surviving twins, who were liberated from Auschwitz by Soviet soldiers in Jan. 1945.
