CANTON -- The St. Lawrence Country Historical Association, Silas Wright House, 3 East Main St., will host a Civil War Roundtable Sunday, Sept. 30 at 2 p.m.
Stanley Maine will speak on the 16th & 60th Regiments in the Maryland Campaign, where listeners can learn more about the men from St. Lawrence County who fought at the Battle of Antietam.
The Roundtable is part of the Commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the Civil War, which was fought from 1861 to 1865.
