CANTON -- The Churches of Canton Interfaith Thanksgiving Service will be at the Unitarian Universalist Church, 3 1/2 Main St., on Nov. 19.
The community celebration will begin with a potluck at 6 p.m. The Thanksgiving Service will follow at 7 p.m.
The Reverend Michael H. Terrell, minister of the Canton United Methodist Church, will give the sermon.
Participants in the service will include clergy and lay leaders from St. Mary's Catholic Church, Grace Episcopal Church, First Presbyterian Church, Canton United Methodist Church, Seventh-Day Adventist Church and the UU Church.
All are welcome to bring a dish to share at the potluck supper in the church Social Room that begins at 6 p.m.
The UU Church is a Green Sanctuary, with conservation and environmental impact in mind, we invite diners to bring their own place settings.
Dishes will be available for those without settings.
