POTSDAM – The North Country Children's Museum presents “Edge on Science: Bridge Building” on Saturday, April 16, from 12:30 until 2 p.m. at the University Bookstore, 39 Market St.
The program is recommended for grades 3-6.
In this engineering program, children will be introduced to and explore structural shapes and how they are used to build bridges. Everyone makes their own take-home arch bridge.
Part of the challenge is in supporting the arch blocks during construction. Led by engineer, John Aviste of Edge on Science.
Limited to 15 participants and the cost is $10 per participant
