POTSDAM -- Children in grades K-6 are encouraged to explore storytelling with instruments and masks through the North Country Children's Museum at the Clarkson University Bookstore, 39 Market St., on Saturday from 12:30 to 2 p.m.
Kimberly Busch, music teacher from Canton Central School, and the brothers of the music fraternity Phi Mu Alpha will help children bring a story to life by playing instruments and using masks that they make.
Children are encouraged to attend the entire workshop, rather than dropping-in for a few minutes as there will be a culminating performance for the parents at 1:55 p.m.
There is a $10 registration fee for each participant.
Register through SUNY Potsdam’s CLEAR at www.potsdam.edu or by calling 267-2167.
