POTSDAM -- The Community Performance Series is planning an opportunity for children to meet and interact with characters of upcoming production of Disney's "Beauty and the Beast."
Children can meet characters from the musical fairy tale on the set in Snell Music Theater at SUNY Potsdam from 6 to 6:30 p.m. prior to performances from Wednesday, Aug. 1 to Friday, Aug. 3, and from 12:30 to 1 p.m. before the matinee performance Saturday, Aug. 4.
The interactive opportunities will provide a chance to meet the characters in costume, and have their picture taken with the stars of the show on the set.
Children will also receive a poster from the production and the opportunity to obtain autographs.
Tickets to the event are $12 and space is limited.
