NORWOOD -- The fire department here will host a chicken barbecue Saturday, Sept. 16, at noon, at the station.
The barbecue is in conjunction with the Fall Festival taking place in the village park.
Chicken diners, including salt potatoes, baked beans, and a homemade diner roll, will be served at the station for $9 each and $8 for seniors.
Take-outs only.
Tables will be available to sit and listen to the live music in the park.
Free local delivery will be available by calling 315-353-2570.
Proceeds will be used to purchase a “fire-truck” ride for the children to use in the park.
