POTSDAM -- The St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce will host a “The Business of Bassmaster” class Wednesday, June 12 from 1 to 4 p.m. in the village of Potsdam Community Room.
Ruby Sprowls, marketing specialist and customer service expert, will discuss the series, what visiting anglers will need, good customer service and developing a return-customer philosophy.
