CANTON -- Richard Grover, chairman of the Algonquin 2 Adirondack Trail Committee U.S.A., is the guest speaker of the next meeting of the St. Lawrence County Environmental Management Council at 6 p.m. Wednesday March 21.
The meeting will be held in the second-floor conference room of the Public Safety Complex across Court Street from the County Courthouse.
Grover will discuss recent work done by this group.
