CANTON - Cerebral Palsy Association of the North Country's Wellness Committee hosts a 5K Walk/Run/Wheel Saturday, Sept. 22 to raise money for CP of the North Country’s outdoor recreation program.
It takes place at the Partridge Run Trail located on Sullivan Drive in Canton. The route will be 5 kilometers and is wheelchair accessible.
Registration is 8 to 9 a.m. The walk starts at 9 a.m.
Adults who submit their entries and payment before Aug. 31 receive a free t-shirt and children receive a free Frisbee. Forms and payments can also be received on the date of the event during registration. There is a $20 fee per person and a $45 fee per family. Children 12 years and under are entered free.

CPANC's outdoor recreation program offers individuals with disabilities the opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities with trained professionals. Some of the activities the program offers are canoeing, camping, horseback riding, and snowshoeing. All activities are offered with instruction and training to accommodate individuals' physical and learning needs.
