POTSDAM -- Canton-Potsdam Hospital’s Celiac Disease Support Group will meet Monday, Sept. 22, at 7 p.m. in the second floor classroom at 50 Leroy St.
Members of the community are welcome and encouraged to attend, especially those individuals living with Celiac and those caring for loved-ones with the disease. Participants are welcome to share recipes, coping recommendations, and experiences as they feel comfortable.
Come and meet Faye Ori, co-owner of a soon-to-be-open local gluten-free bakery, as she shares information on a gluten free diet that can be both healthy and delicious.
Attendees are asked to bring a favorite recipe to share with the group. For more information or to participate in this support group, contact Beverly Rascoe at 261-5975 orevents@cphospital.org.
