POTSDAM -- Local Living Venture and Paula M. Youmell on Nov. 13 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. will present a workshop for anyone curious about celiac disease, gluten intolerance and all the "buzz" around eating gluten-free.
Topics include the basics of a gluten free diet, how to do it in a healthy and easy manner, how to avoid hidden gluten and cross contamination and cleaning out the kitchen of gluten products.
The suggested donation for each session is $22, $40 per couple and $10 for students.
