OGDENBURG -- On May 4, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Carbino’s Jewelry Store, 304 Ford St., will offer jewelry for 20 percent discount (Pandora is excluded).
Carbino’s Jewelry Store, a mainstay in the Ogdensburg community, has supported the Claxton Hepburn Medical Center Auxiliary for many years. What started as a jewelry sale, once held in the lobby of the hospital, has now become a very popular event with the employees of the hospital and the community at large.
Employees of the hospital may use their payroll deduction, which allows them to budget the payments over several paychecks.
Carbino’s turns over 10 percent of the day’s sales to the Claxton Hepburn Medical Center Auxiliary who in turn use it to support their many pledges and programs at the medical facility.
The auxiliary encourages the community to support them in this semi-annual fundraiser.
