• Dance for Your Life, 7 to 9 p.m. first and third Fridays each month, starts Feb. 3. A safe space for self-expression through movement. Come with whatever you bring -- the fun, the sacred. All ages, all religious affiliations, all abilities. “We dance because we are, we dance because we want to.” $5 suggested donation. • Yoga for Building Healthy Knees, workshop, Saturday, Feb. 11, 1-3:30 p.m. Explore knee anatomy. Learn a series of yoga poses to strengthen the legs and stabilize the knee joint. Take home a yoga sequence which you can practice on your own. $30, register by Feb. 6; later, $35 space permitting.
• Sadhana & Yogi Tea, Tuesdays 7-8:15 p.m. Feb. 28-Mar 27. Acclimate your body to the short days of winter and listen to its natural evening rhythm. This class includes calming breath work (pranayama), gentle yoga postures (asanas) including restorative postures and guided relaxation. All levels. $55 per session, drop-in $15.
