CANTON – The Edward C. Seymour VFW Post 1231 will mark its 75th anniversary at a Veteran’s Day service Thursday, Nov. 11.
The program will begin at 11 a.m. at the post, followed by refreshments.
The VFW Color Guard and firing squad will be participating in the ceremony.
The post will be honoring its first commander, Floyd Gibson.
The program is open to the public.
