CANTON -- The village board of trustees will meet tonight, Monday, Sept. 25, at 6:30 p.m.
Among the items to be discussed and considered will be the proposed rental registration agreement, the village ethics code, an update on the comprehensive plan and an update on the proposed solar project.
The board is also expected to further mull the proposal to acquire and redevelop the M.R. Bell property at 30 Riverside Dr.
Other items the board is expected to take action on include the appointment of Klaus Proemm to fill the trustee seat left vacant by the departure of former Trustee Dwight Stevenson who resigned last month due to an employment change, and a review of a local Uber Ride Sharing service.
The meeting is open to the public.
