CANTON – The Canton Recreation Department and Nature Up North’s Fall Trail Series continues Friday, Oct. 13, with a session beginning at 4 p.m. looking for invasive plants along the SUNY Canton Cross Country Trails.
It is open to all ages.
Gardening gloves and bags will be provided.
It begins with an introduction to local invasive species and about 30 to 45 minutes of plant removal, after which participants will be welcome to continue helping or to explore the trail on their own.
Parking is available at SUNY Canton Campus Lot 6.
