POTSDAM -- Canton-Potsdam Hospital’s Fibromyalgia Support Group will meet on Tuesday, Dec. 5, from noon-1 p.m., 59 Main St., Clarkson Hall.
This month’s topic is “Handling the Holidays with a Chronic Illness,” with speaker and group facilitator Dr. Leslie Russek, PT, DPT, PhD, OCS, Associate Professor in Clarkson University’s Physical Therapy Department. Dr. Russek specializes in chronic pain management at Canton-Potsdam Hospital.
Participants will be invited to share their concerns and strategies for coping with a chronic illness during the holidays.
