POTSDAM -- Canton-Potsdam Hospital’s Celiac disease support group will meet Monday, Jan. 26 at 7 p.m. in the second floor classroom at 50 Leroy St.
Members of the community are welcome and encouraged to attend, especially those individuals living with Celiac and those caring for loved-ones with the disease.
Participants are encouraged to share recipes, as well as coping recommendations and experiences as they feel comfortable.
Bev Rascoe, RN, and group moderator, will speak on advances in Celiac disease management.
Information will be available on the opening of Potsdam’s first gluten-free establishment, 3 Bears Bakery, 51 Market St.
