CANTON -- "Gut Health" is the fifth in the series of Thursday evening whole health nutrition seminars called the Whole Health and Healing Academy, coordinated by the Local Living Venture in cooperation with the workshop presenter and local author, Paula M.Youmell, RN. Participants should note that this week's session has moved for one time to EJ Noble Medical Center at 80 E. Main St., Canton. The Betty J. Evans Community Room is located on the second floor of new wing of the E.J. Noble building, which is next to the Best Western.
The upcoming will be held Oct. 23, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. This session, in it's one time location, covers how to optimize diet and lifestyle to create healthy gut micro-organisms & encourage whole body health.
General admission is $22, or $40 for a couple per session donation to benefit Local Living Venture workshop creation.
