POTSDAM -- Canton-Potsdam Hospital will hold its annual Women’s Wellness Day April 16, at the Best Western, 90 East Main St., from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This year’s theme will be “Now is a Good Time for a Fresh Start,” and will feature activities and talks relating to women’s health and wellbeing.
Door prizes, light breakfast, and lunch are included.
There is no charge, however reservations are required.
