POTSDAM -- Canton-Potsdam Hospital will hold a health and wellness expo on May 13 from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Pine Street Arena.
Admission is free, the public is invited.
There will be upwards of 35 health-related displays and demonstrations, including free bone density screenings, blood pressure checks, asthma screenings for children, demonstrations of yoga and Zumba (around 5 p.m.), the Lifenet helicopter, Potsdam Volunteer Rescue Squad vehicles, and for the kids, coloring, face-painting and New York State Child Safe ID Cards.
