POTSDAM -- Canton-Potsdam Hospital and Lowe's Home Improvement will host a "Be Safe This Winter, SLC" expo from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 22 at Lowe's 61 Country Lane location. The Potsdam Volunteer Rescue Squad, Potsdam Fire Department and Lauren Smith, RD, will be on hand to inform the community about home and outdoor safety during the winter months. The event is free and open to the public. All attendees will be eligible to enter a raffle.
