CANTON -- The Canton Pee Wee Board of Directors meets at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8 in Williams High School cafeteria.
The board will consider changes to its bylaws.
They include where the definition of directors will be changed to exclude commissioners; a schedule of meetings will be included for required attendance by a commissioner along with specific criteria for an excused absence; casting of emailed votes will be allowed to reach a majority for a quorum; and a change in the schedule of meetings for the year will be proposed.
