CANTON -- The seventh annual Canton Free Library Battle of the Books will be Saturday, May 18.
For the last six months 17 teams of local students in grades fourth through sixth have read and quizzed each other on a selected list of twenty chapter books.
The kids will compete in a double-elimination Battle of the Books at 10 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church at the Village Park.
