CANTON -- The Canton High School Thespians will present Fred Carmichael’s “Done to Death” Nov. 13 and 14 at 7:30pm in the high school auditorium.
Cheryl Summers (Sarah Rivers), is a young businesswoman in charge of the TV station that employs five authors to write the script for a murder-mystery TV show, the authors include: Jessica and Whitney Olive (Anna Monroe and Eric Gagliardi), a couple who write sophisticated murders, Brad Benedict (Brandon Calton), a young author of the James Bond School, Rodney Duckton (Zach Barnes), a retired writer of the hard hitting method and Mildred Maxwell (Molly McMasters), the aging queen of the logical murder.
These once famous mystery writers apply their individual methods to solving various murders at Vulture’s Vault, a house located on an island, in which the characters from the stories come to life on stage. Was it the butler, Gregory (Luke Frazer), or was it the maid, Jane (Kiersten Larrabee), who committed the murders? Or could it have been one of the authors? The only way to know for sure is to come see the show and find out!
Additional cast members include: Emma Crowell, Ricky LaShock, Katja Schmid-Doyle, Bridger Royce, Riley O’Shea, Margaret Doty, Connor Falen, Jimmy Sosebee, and Stan Liabikhov.
Tickets are $5 for students and seniors, and $8 for general admission.
